Menfulness grew from an idea. A few good men told a few good men that it was OK to feel how they felt, to be angry, to ask for help. Since then dozens of volunteers have spent thousands of hours helping thousands of guys connect, be learn vulnerability and speak their truth. In doing so we can bring order to our chaos and make positive change in our lives.

This is a soft, high quality t-shirt with a customised take on our beloved logo in collaboration with local artist Paddy Haddow (who receives 10% from every sale!)

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. This process can take up to a couple weeks for your items to arrive. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
