Menfulness grew from an idea. A few good men told a few good men that it was OK to feel how they felt, to be angry, to ask for help. Since then dozens of volunteers have spent thousands of hours helping thousands of men connect, learn vulnerability and speak their truth. In doing so we can bring order to chaos and make positive change in our lives.
This is customised artwork in collaboration with local artist Paddy Haddow (who receives 10% from every sale!)
